We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your involvement in the project to date. The final plans, which have been amended to take into account the feedback and comments from the local community during the consultation process, incorporated a mix of uses including retail, offices, housing, community space and creative work units.

St James’s Investments Ltd and Tesco Stores UK Ltd have now submitted a detailed planning application for the regeneration of the former Bath Press site to B&NES - registration number 10/03380/EFUL.

An additional planning application has been submitted to the council in June 2011, relating to a change of use in some of the space. The mixed use development will look the same, with the community space replaced to provide additional creative work units and flexible office space. A copy of the new, additional planning application is available via www.bathnes.gov.uk - registration number 11/02674/EFUL.

Members of the public are able to comment on the initial planning application here and the second additional planning application here via the Planning section of the Council’s website.
