Bath Press Site

A hub for Bath's creative and technology industries

St Jame’s Investments Limited and Tesco form a strong partnership dedicated in transforming the historic Bath Press Site into a lively hub for Bath’s creative / technology based industries.

Whilst this landmark site has remained largely vacant for a number of years, the proposed development, which is to retain the existing façade, is set to offer a wide range of accommodation, from creative work units to modern office accommodation, community space and residential dwellings.

Benefitting the surrounding area and the City as a whole, the scheme proposes the creation of a new multi-purpose community space, which will be made available for a range of uses.

The employment element of the scheme is to comprise circa 77,000 sq ft (7,135 sq m) of office and workshop units which will offer Bath’s already large creative / web / technology based sectors a new home with strong ties to the City’s historic past.

Offices suites and creative workshops will be available, ranging for 500 sq ft (46.4 sq m) upwards.
