Bath Press Site
regeneration and new facilities

The proposed redevelopment of the Bath Press site would create over 600 jobs, regenerate an important site which has lain largely vacant since the closure of the former press business in 2007, and bring a range of new facilities to the city, including creative workshops, modern offices, new homes and a Tesco store.

Video flythrough of our proposals for the Bath Press site

Public feedback has dramatically influenced plans for the redevelopment of the former Bath Press site on Lower Bristol Road.

Significant changes to the largest area of roofscape have been incorporated, helping the scheme to blend more effectively with surrounding buildings.

Signalling and road layout has also been adapted to ensure good traffic flow and help minimise congestion.
